Picture perfect place to stay.

Resort is in a beautiful setting, surrounded by pretty rice paddy’s. We had the royal river view valley suite. Spacious and luxurious. The onsite restaurants are both very good. But the staff excel at the Visesa Ubud. Super attentive, always ready to go the extra mile and with such gorgeous friendly smiles. Great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Lovely ambiance, friendly and welcoming.

The buildings and rooms were beautifully designed and surrounded by lovely tropical trees and plants and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and just say the staff are the real asset of this resort. in the hospitality area are the real asse

The resort is located about 10 mins from Ubud village and they provide shuttle buses in and out during the day. We stayed in the a presidential villa and it was good, slightly aged however very clean. The bed, linen and pillows were very good and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced! We did a private cooking class with the resort and that was a real highlight of our trip, highly recommend it. They have a flower farm and fresh vegetable garden and so nice to visit. Each day they bring down to the breakfast area a dairy cow and ducks that you can feed, it’s lovely and the kids really enjoy it. The staff are fantastic at the resort especially at the restaurants and room service.

The day spa is in a ex hotel room with no atmosphere and the staff not very friendly and it’s expensive. You can get good spa treatments for less in Ubud Village try Taksu Wellness Centre, it’s fantastic and they have a cafe for healthy food. There is no body lotion at the resort so pack some. They do provide shampoo and condition and body wash though. Beds are made each day but bed linen did not seem to be changed during our 6 night stay. New bath and pool towels were provided daily.

Location and lay out The view from the 3rd floor of the villa is excellent.Beautiful resort and very friendly staff. The evening entertainment with Balinese dance is really good. They should try more such entertainment activities each evening.. We visited during the festive time of Golungan and the whole of Ubud is full of festivities..we have been to the restaurant opposite reception which was good. The prices of drinks from reception/ lobby area are very reasonable.

Breakfast was a bit routine after 3-4 days especially when you are staying for a week.. The indian counter is just basic. They should include more variety of Indian breakfasts.

Wonderful

Check in and check out process was good. Staff at the property level is good. The expanse of the property is very neat and clean. The vibe is very upbeat. The location is very close to some of the excellent places. Pool is good. Breakfast buffet and staff i s great. I was very impressed with the blessing ceremony. Even the boys who took us to the room on a buggy were very pleasing and informative. Overall, very good experience.

Reservation process is very slow, confusing and not upto the mark.

Best in Bali

One of the best experiences in Bali. We had booked a two bedroom lagoon villa with pool. Stay was super comfortable and memorable. The staff was super helpful, courteous and always with a big smile. Food was average but the experience made it all the trouble we took to check in late at night. Highly recommended to anyone travelling with family.

Very peacefull

The place was amazing. The 4 of us stayied for 4 nights (3adults+1child). Rooms are clean but we had ants in bed and bathroom all around + the sink leaked(wasn’t connected to the drain but we called reception and they have send someone very quick.). Breakfast was amazing and the stuff was really friendly.

A slice of heaven in Ubud!

Visesa is a slice of heaven in Ubud. It's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Ubud, so you can enjoy the tranquil gardens, rice fields and beautiful villas. Our 2 bedroom villa was adequately equipped, with a private pool that our family enjoyed immensely. The service is top-notch, from check-in to departure! All the staff was eager to attend to our needs, whether it was breakfast in-room service, golf cart pickup, or reservation assistance. We also enjoyed their resort amenities and activities, like Balinese dancing, yoga, massage, acoustic night by the rice fields... and our personal favorite, cooking Balinese food with their chef. Highly recommended!
